Refund policy

At BiliaShop, we take pride in the quality of our backpacks and bags. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help.

1. Returns Period You have 30 days from the date of receiving your item to request a return. To be eligible, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging with all tags attached.

2. Return Process To start a return, please contact us at support@biliashop.com. Once your return is accepted, we will provide instructions on where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

3. Damaged or Faulty Items Please inspect your order upon arrival. If the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong product, contact us immediately so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

4. Refunds We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days.
